Portraits
This is a friend of mine. She wanted me to do her senior pictures.
I still have to retouch half of these.
PS: Sorry to keep asking this, but can you see all of my pics, even the ones below? It looks like one of them isn't showing up. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please let me know! I don't know what's wrong. Thanks!

Tagged!
I've been tagged by Sourpatch.
The rules: 1) Answer all questions honestly.
2) Tag at least three people.
When was the last time you were burned? Well, I burnt my mouth on I think pizza a couple weeks ago, but I don't know if that counts. Oh well.
Can you cook? Yes
If yes, name your three specialties. Quesadillas!!! I make those for myself almost every day! I really don't cook much unless it's for myself. So, I can't think of anything.
If yes, do you like to cook? Not really. If it's something really good and it doesn't take much time, then yes.
If no, do you want to be able to cook? N/A
What color is your kitchen? Green and white wallpaper with little houses and polka dots on it.
Do you bake? Yes
If yes, name your three specialties: White chocolate chip cookies, chess squares, any other dessert!
If yes, do you like to bake? I like to bake more than cook. I love to bake desserts! (if you can't tell)
If no, do you want to bake? N/A
What color is your apron? I don't have an apron.
Well, sourpatch took everyone to tag, so I guess I'll skip that part this time!

The Old Hardy Hotel
The Murder Room^^^
In this picture there's a red spot above my sister's head to the right. It doesn't look like it comes from the window to me, but you never know. It could be nothing, but on the API website, there's a picture that has a red haze over it. That could be what it is. You can see the pics they took here: http://www.paranormalbeliever.com/ Just click on Old Hardy Hotel. Also, click on Investigation EVPs and you can hear voices recorded in the old hotel.
This picture looks pretty normal to me, but my dad said those spots on the mirror weren't there when he took the picture. There is one spot that looks weird to me though, on my dad's shirt, on his left hip.
This picture has shadows in it kind of like the ones on the API website. The shadow on the right side is there in several of the pictures.
We did not change these photos in any way.
So, do you believe in ghosts? Have you ever had unexplained things happen to you? I have, like last night my fan turned on by itself. And some freaky things happened while we were camping.
PS: I have some pictures from camping, I'll post them later.

Visiting the Menonites

Yes, we drove across that bridge! I was so scared. They were building a new bridge though.
Here's some of their horses.
A guy rode up on his horse and went in a little outhouse, so I snapped a pic of his horse.

Granny and the Airbag
I couldn't resist, I just love this one! I watch it over and over.
PS: Turn the sound up and you can hear the person with the video camera cracking up.

Charlie Bit Me
This is a really funny video. I know it has nothing to do with photography, but I think I'm gonna start posting things other than just photos. I know some really funny ones, so I'll probably post some more later, have fun!

Snakes and Spiders
My brother was outside again this morning, and he found this...
I hate snakes! They said it was just a garden snake, but they still freak me out. But not as bad as spiders do! We have been finding lots of brown recluses in our house! If we find another one, I'll try to get a picture of it. We found 3 yesterday and 2 today! There was one in my room last night, so I sprayed spider spray in my room like crazy!!! lol

A Turtle, a Cat, and Some Birds!
My brother was riding his bike this morning in the backyard, and he found a turtle in the middle of our yard! We have been playing with it, but we will take it to a pond or somewhere safe to let it go. We were going to keep it, but it is more trouble than you think to keep a turtle. They have to have the perfect habitat, the right food, and they hibernate from fall till spring. Well, here he is... Isn't he just cute!?!
This is our cat Milo. He's orange. We did have 3 other cats, but he's the only one that will stay around. He's very lazy and funny. Every morning he sits by the back door waiting for my dad to feed him before he leaves for work.
A couple weeks ago, we found a bird's nest with eggs in it in a little tree by the dog pen. They hatched, and they are so cute! Now, we have to keep the dog in her pen and walk her every day until the birds fly away. Angel is a very playful dog! She likes to "play" with live animals, especially chickens! It's not good. Anyways, here they are...
There were 4 of them, but we found one dead on the ground. :(

Reason for not posting
I'm sorry I haven't posted in a REALLY long time! I think only one person is looking at my blog, so it kinda feels worthless. If you're reading my blog, feel free to comment! I have just taken some pictures this week, so I'll try to get those up soon. I've been so busy. Today, I'm going to Rachel and Sourpatch's house to can some stuff for 4-H. Then we have to go to a visitation at Alamo, Tn. My neighbor's great grandmother passed away.

Baby Guinea Pigs
My sister got a guinea pig from the pet store. It was SUPPOSED to be in a cage with only females, but apparently it wasn't because we ended up with these...
This is the one we kept.^^^ His name is Rodney, after the guinea pig on Dr. Doolittle.
They were born on January 10th.
The other two babies have good homes now. This one's name is Hairy.
This is the momma, Cocoa.
The babies are only a couple days old in these pics. We were suprised at how big they were when they were born! No wonder we thought she was going to have like 6 babies!
PS: I don't know if you can really tell, but the momma has a mohawk!

Graphic Design
I thought I'd share something I've made in Photoshop. This was an assignment from the photographer I work for. It's an e-card.
I also made the header at the top of the page, because I didn't like how it was.

Tagged!
I have been tagged by sourpatch.
1. I sit in the floor of our "craft room" when I'm on my laptop because it's the room closest to our neighbors' house, and sometimes if I'm lucky, I can pick up their DSL. haha Also, if I really need the DSL for a huge e-mail or something, I sit on my neighbors' front porch with my computer. (Yes, they have came home before and I was sitting out there!)
2. It's hard to think of 5 things. Um... I can play the song on the piano that's playing on here.
(ok, maybe not that good!)
3. If I don't have something to do, I will be bored! I hate being bored!
4. We had a cat with 6 toes. It's name was 6-Toe.
5. Yesterday, we were watching the Kentucky Derby, and we each picked a horse we thought would win. Elaina's came in 1st, and Landon's came in 2nd. About 2 minutes later they announced that 8 Belles(Landon's horse) had fallen and broken both front ankles, and they had already euthanized it. Isn't that sad?! Oh, my horse Colonel John, came in 6th.
I don't know if I'm supposed to tag someone, but I don't really have someone to tag, so oh well.

Flowers in the Backyard
I've learned that there are lots of things to take pictures of in your own backyard. And that sometimes you take better pictures in you backyard than somewhere else. These are some pictures of flowers in my backyard...
I love these flowers!

Bees are not easy to photograph!
Pretty, huh?... It's a fake flower!
